Castlegate Cottage Estate Sales is your one stop to sorting, organizing and selling your personal items collected over the years or of a past family member or friend. We are proud to have been assisting families in the metro Atlanta and surrounding areas since 2012.
Castlegate takes the burden off families dealing with overwhelming situations. We will work with you to sort, organize, clean, price, take photo’s and stage your home in an attractive manner. We diligently research the value of items and if needed recommend appraisers and experts for specific personal items so that you get the most value.
We provide the best personal service during a stressful time in a families lives. We would be happy to meet with you to discuss your sale and customize a plan that fits your needs, budget and time frame.

If you are looking to sell the home, Castlegate Group is a fully licensed Brokerage in the state of Georgia. We would offer you a discounted listing commission if you chose us to have your Estate Sale and assist you with selling the house. Cost?
Your initial consultation is FREE. We come on site to assess the items you are looking to liquidate and what your needs are. We charge 35% on any items sold plus a $300 per day labor.
